Repair Services

We are an official Keysight Technologies’ authorized service provider in Thailand, and we have a capability of providing repair services for a variety of Keysight Technologies’ equipment models, including end-of-sales (EOS) products. And when the repair cost is too expensive, we can help selecting affordable replacement options for our customers.

We can also help our customers to minimize downtime, caused by faulty test equipment as well as paper work required for purchasing process, by offering our warranty and service contracts. We have experienced staffs and local stocked spare-parts in our laboratory in order to address major repair problems across a wide variety of test equipment.

Our Quoting Process

An evaluation quote is issued when insufficient information of the failure equipment is provided or we do not have enough historical repair cost data. An Evaluation fee is a flat rate quoted at your inquiry and are applied toward any subsequent repair undertaken. We can repair test equipment even the unit is no longer supported by the manufacturer (EOS products).

After examining the failure equipment at our facilities to determine our capability to perform the repair and the cost of the test equipment repair, we normally provide accurate quotes for our customers to decide how to proceed.

Exchange

We can also offer our customers to purchase a replacement unit by trading in their unit at a very attractive discount rate. This option is offered when the repair cost is too expensive or when the customer needs a replacement unit quickly. This makes your used equipment purchase more affordable and saves your recycling/disposal cost.

Pickup and Delivery

For the sites located nearby Bangkok Metropolitan areas, we can schedule our service-van to pick up your equipment and return it when the job is completed. Our experienced staffs know how your valuable equipment should be delivered using safe and suitable packing methods. Boxes including ESD packaging and cushioning are normally used to ensure proper transportation.

For the sites located outside our van-service areas, shipping can be arranged by our qualified freight forwarders.

Repair Services Report

A formal summary report will be submitted when the job is completed. This document allows you to keep detailed records about your equipment, in which you can easily refer to later.
